Questions
What is Multiple URL Opener?
A browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Chromium that opens a list of links at once. You paste the URLs, one per line, and press Open. Each link opens in its own tab.
How many links can I open at once?
There is no limit set by the extension. Your browser and computer are the limit, so for long lists turn on lazy loading and add a delay between tabs.
What does lazy loading do?
Tabs are created straight away, but each page only loads when you switch to its tab. This keeps memory use low when you open many links.
Can it open links in a tab group or a new window?
Yes. Choose Normal, Tab Group or New Window in the menu next to the Open button, or set a default in Settings. Tab groups need an optional permission that Chrome asks for the first time you use them.
Does it send my links anywhere?
No. Your lists, history and collections stay in the extension on your device. The extension has no analytics.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Chromium. Install it from the Chrome Web Store; Edge accepts extensions from there. Other browsers are not supported yet.
Is it free?
Yes. The extension is free on the Chrome Web Store.
